Chelsea

A trendy neighborhood with a thriving art scene full of fabulous restaurants and boutique shops. An excellent place to call home.

Welcome to Chelsea

Chelsea is a bustling neighborhood on Manhattan’s west side with a thriving art scene, wonderful restaurants, and great shopping. The homes throughout the area are a combination of classic townhouses, luxury high rises, and traditional low-rise buildings, with many featuring an array of amenities such as rooftop lounges. Residents have everything they need within the neighborhood without ever having to leave. However, its convenient location on the west side still grants easy access to other parts of the city. Considered to be one of the most desirable places to live in Manhattan, Chelsea is an excellent place to call home.

As one of the newer developments in Manhattan, Chelsea attracts entrepreneurial professionals and young families. As a primarily residential neighborhood, those who call this corner of the city home benefit from the best of both worlds when it comes to New York City living. They have a relatively quiet neighborhood, but still an ever-flowing amount of community events. Dubbed the art district, this bustling neighborhood is bursting with galleries, exhibits, and shows to attend. There is also a multitude of parks, restaurants, and boutique shopping to enjoy.

For brunch, Cook Shop is the place to be. Serving up delicious American cuisine in a trendy atmosphere, this hotspot right next to the Highline attracts visitors from all over the city. For those looking for a fun night out in Chelsea, Motel Morris has Prosecco on tap to keep the good times flowing.

When it comes to shopping, Chelsea has it all, from specialty shops to stores with internationally loved brands. Things to Do

As one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in all of Manhattan, Chelsea offers residents an endless amount of destinations to explore and events to attend. There is always a new art gallery opening to explore, with many hosting weekly parties to feature both local and international artists. For those looking for a little adventure, Chelsea Piers offers countless activities to partake in, ranging in everything from bowling to trapezing.

While dozens of parks and outdoor spaces exist across New York City, the Chelsea neighborhood hosts two of the most unique. Spending the afternoon on Little Island, an artificial island park in the Hudson River, is a popular activity for residents of the neighborhood and visitors alike. Walking the Highline, a 1.45-mile linear park built on an abandoned railway makes for another perfect way to spend a day outdoors in Chelsea.
